Well if you're trying to get out of the debt you got into when you made the mistake of going to law school -- it cannot be forgiven through bankruptcy.

Never give up. Go fighting or don't go at all.

If you are an attorney you must know that so many doctors and lawyers were filing for bankruptcy after graduation that the laws were changed to prevent high earning diploma earners from abusing the system. You can no longer discharge a student loan under ordinary circumstances.

You have a degree that allows you to make well above average earnings. Suck it up and pay your debts. What about the poor people who are uneducated and can't make much more than minimun wage?

Let me guess...
1) You are not an attorney.
2) The serious mistake has nothing to do with your education costs or your business.
3) You already know whether or not you can file bankruptcy.
