i don't even consider rap to be music. i like some of it, but if there are no instruments or actual work put into a song i don't consider it to be music. i like some music for it's originality, and rap all sounds the same.

Musicians make music. Rappers make music with various methods including reworking old songs or creating new beats/mixes for songs.

actually, no. if they sing, theyre musicians, they dont have play an instrument. as long as they play "music" the're musicians.

i don't consider them musicians...musicians play an instrument or sing. rappers don't sing. they chant. they are tribal people....i guess u could say that.
