I am a volunteer firefighter and the mascot for our school is the Pirates I was wanting to find someone who could incorporate the two together (like a pirate dressed as a firefigther or something like a pirate riding a fire extinguisher or so forth). I am wanting to make t-shirts with the design. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call the Art department at the Universities in the city where you live? You would be helping the artist as well as keeping the artwork in your city.
Perhaps you can get a student to do the artwork for free, he or she, would surely like to see their work on T-shirts or elsewhere.

I would actually ask a tattoo artist. Im not sure if they would do it for free, but Im sure they would take some underthetable cash happily! Tattoo artists are always taking peoples ideas and drawing them out for them...quite well too! Hope this helps!

You could probably go to a tattoo parlor and they could figure something out........just pretend your wanting it as a tattoo........
