I am looking for a free online copy of a kawasaki mule 600 manual. The 2 large front headlights are not working but the two small ones are. I need to know where the fus is so I can check it out.

You won't find a free one but here's another option.
Go to http://www.mrcycles.com and look up your year and model (click on the atv section.) You can pull up the diagram for the chassis electrical equipment. That should give you an idea of where it's located.
They used to be along the frame tube under the box, but I haven't worked on one in a while. You can call your dealer and ask. They should be happy to help. You can order up a owners manual from that site too.

there is no adjustment, I believe there are a stack of lawsuits against kawasaki for people getting squashed when their mule rolled over going downhill. Those were made for putt putt and ranchers, not leaping tall buildings and flying over creek banks, also the way that engine is designed, if you exceed the rpm you will probably break expensive parts, check with the dealership, ask the mechanics if it is possible I had a freind with one of them, and the speed was limited for safety reasons. best of luck, dont get squashed.
