Since ure departing London, u can always go on to Easyjet's website, choose a location , buy ur ticket , and next thing to do is book a hotel.They have flights entering Spain and Greece for sure.Just google wer exactly u wud wanna go,then make ur decision.Of coz , if u really want a budget trip, try countries that doesnt use Euro's.Try Prague..its an unforgettable place.Plus it doesnt use Euro's yet.Food & accomodation can be cheap there.U can try the link below for more info.But sadly no beaches there.Happy hunting!

Depends on your budget, there is always Miami...warm, and cheap drinks and partying until midnight. =) Also Mexico is good as well. Have fun!!
