Do you think websites like votefortheworst.com really have an impact on the American Idol voting?

Do that many people really vote for the worst, or just a small handful of people? Im unsure, as I see the no talent a$$$$ clown sanjaya is back this week.

I wouldn't think it could make that much difference. There are so many people that vote for real, and surely not too many vote for the worst. I think it's teenagers voting for Sanjaya. If vote for the worst worked, Antonella would still be there.

I think if Vote For The Worst had that huge of an impact, Sanjaya would not have been in the bottom three last week. That is not to say that they aren't doing that part. I just think people are voting more for their faves to stay and it could be on the VFTW people voting Sanjaya on.

Heck, I just want to see him get in the Top 10 so that he can go on tour!

Woah... back off on the Sanjaya bashing. I by no means support him being on the show... but he knows he doesn't belong. Did you hear him in the clip tonight? He said "I know I'm not the best singer." HE KNOWS that he's only there because of votefortheworst and the silly teeny bopper girls that are caught up in the celebrity world. It's not Sanjaya's fault that he's still there. It's not like he think he's the best and wants people to vote for him. I think he's trying his best, but in his heart I think he wants to go home so the embarasment can end.

I think it does in the beginning when the votes are scattered among more contestants but as the singers dwindle in numbers I don't think the "worst" voters' numbers will hold up.

As long as people only vote for the person they want most, votefortheworst will have a big effect. vote for everyone you don't want to go.
