You should only get pierced by a professional who autoclaves and uses hollow needles. Piercing guns and 'home treatments' can lead to major infections, rejection, and disease (ie. hepetitis). Since you've already done the deed, you should go and get blood work done to make sure you didn't infect yourself.

I have three navel piercings and a nipple one, the nipple one is extra painful then the navel for certain. The factor with the ones piercings is they could have treatment issues, like rejection. These are the locations in which there may be essentially the most infection at the frame; while you put on garments, bras, sleep... So while you get pierced, do not forget to invite to have bio-jewellery that's implant graded so your frame accepts it bigger. The nipple hurts extra since there may be extra blood circulate and extra nerve endings, however either one of the piercings are valued at it.

Piercings should always be done by a professional in a clean enviornment with sterile equipment. Always. And once pierced, you need to take really good care of your piercings so they don't get infected or go keloid on you. Best of luck!
