It may, but I would rather honk my horn then let the idiot that is backing out and not looking hit my car.
Now if you are talking about the people who park in front of someones house and honks continually till they come out rather then using their cell, or heaven forbid, get out and ring the bell. Yeah that's damn rude. Don't be so lazy and inconsiderate.

Sorry,It was my over agressive attitude,attributed to my lack of self-esteem,ADD,and the can of Coke that spilt in my lap while I was shaving for the interview that I'm now late for....Why,because I'm behind you in the fast lane going 40 miles an hour(speed limit is 70mph you know!) and I wonder why you have a driver's license at all ???

I have NEVER, EVER honked my horn. Not once. Not even to test it out. Golly, I sure hope it works, but I doubt I'll ever find out.

yeah?? well what if like your just drivin along, minding your own business with your beloved little children...and out of no where...there is this person is like coming towards...now he might have fallen asleep, or just not payin attention...and so you honk you horn...maybe just out of relfexes or w/e...but what if by just that one honk...it wonk him up or made him relize what he was doin and stomped on his brakes...saving your precious cargoes lives. ooo wee!! just totally made that up in my head! i could be like a lawyer or something!! woo hoo, go me!!
