ok we studied those exact topics in my world history honors class just before sprong break.

the tension between the sunnis and shiites is after muhammad died, should the leader be a descendant of muhammad, or someone that studied closely under him...the shiites thought his relatives would have some sort of divine intuition about stuff.....sunnis were for a student

different families belonging to both sides fought over this and one of muhammad's grandsons (hussein) was killed by the sunnis and is very highly honored among the shiites.....today most of the muslims are sunnis

jesus to christians is a savior who paid the penalty for all sins of mankind...he is the son of god born of the virgin mary

to muslims, muhammad was the last and greatest of all the prophets who recieved a revelation from god through the angel gabriel on how to live and stuff like that

hope that helps...we spent forever gettin into the really detailed stuff on the subjects
