Try the mentos and diet cola soda trick. Have some type of contest or explain why it happens. Many people believe its a chemical reaction, but in fact it has something to do with the texture of the candy.

How about the mold project, try growing different types of mold in the pantry, fridge, closet, label them, and see how fast it grows....be sure to keep light on one, dark on another etc.
We also need a time frame for how long it has to be done in, that would help as well. =)
I like the money trail project, that is a great idea as well....

you should photo copy a100 dollar bill and put the copy's in envelopes (put your address on them), so you can look at the envelope and see the fake money inside. then drop them in random places like grocery stores, post office.......(etc). Then keep track of how many envelopes you got mailed back to you.
