what are the penalties of having an illegal gun and growing pot in your house in north carolina?

unfortunatley jail is your answer,the gun part is a felony,my son got the pot growing thing,but since it was his first offense,they let him out of jail after 3 days and he had to spend another 45 days on house arrest.after that though,if you get caught with anything they call you a repeat offender and give you jail time.

You know there will be a price to pay and going to jail even for one day won"t be pleasure.
