I'm figuring out my schedule for my jounior year in high school and i can start taking college classes. I plan to take two, one at my high school and a night classe at the college, my school also allows students to be a sport trainer and help with the injuries of the young athletes. I simply won't have time to do both! Which one should I choose. Should i drop the college and be a trainer or should I volunteer at the local hospital in my spare time. What does top colleges look at more. What would you do? Thanks for the advice!

I would strongly urge you to take the classes. I took extra classes at a local college my junior year and looking back on it, it helped me immensely! It helped me once I got to college because the extra classes I took rolled over into my college credits and really helped when it came down to needing more units. The more extra classes you take in high school, the less you will have to take in college. Volunteering is amazing, maybe do it over the summer or on the weekends.

i would pick the hospital or trainer, not the extra classes.
because you'll be getting real life experience, not academics. you already have mostly school in your background. you need some experience.
