The people who are usually on those two-wheelers seem to find their "fun" by annoying the heck out of others. Am I right?

Depends on the riders......
Most are out there enjoying a feeling of freedom you can't get while riding in a car.
Yeah, some can be idiots, but the same goes with all drivers.

Wow, you got nailed on that question, sugar.
That happened to me twice last week.
This is P&S, right? Open minded, fun loving, we take care of one another P&S.
I grew up in Milwaukee, WI : Harley Davidson central.
I love the look of bikes and have a deep appreciation for their beauty and a respect for those that ride them.
What annoys me are the teenagers or young adults on the racing bikes that fly in & out of lanes of traffic on the freeway when no one is expecting them. Having zero regard for their safety or anyone elses. Most motorcyclists are not like that and these knuckleheads give the rest of these guys a bad name. Lucky for me I am well rounded & I know there is good & bad with everything and trust me the good outweighs the bad.

mmmm Harley's!
Just makes my motor hum.
I have told my family that if I am ever in a coma, bring a big ol' Harley into the room, fire it up beside me, and if I don't respond to that...pull the plug I am done!!
I had a wonderful friend who introduced me to the exquisite joy of riding on the back on a big bike and I was hooked on the first ride. He died on his bike about a year later when he hit a deer, and though I was eternally grateful that I was not with him at that time, I miss him every day and would gladly do it all again if I can find someone I trust as much as I trusted Dennis to ride with.

Not any more unpleasant than the cars who's bass thumps through every closed window within a 2 mile radius. In fact, I think I'll get a motorcycle to drown out those idiots.

No, I don't think you are right. Most motorcycle riders I encounter mind their own business. They simply enjoy riding. And I like the sound of a Harley, so that doesn't annoy me.
What I don't like is young guys who ride their crotch rockets between cars in traffic or exceed the speed limit to the point of dangerous. And I don't like that because of the safety factor. I also don't like it when riders don't where helmets. Yeah, I know, it sucks. But having a friend who was in an accident . . . . without his helmet, he'd be dead.
What I think is particularly cool is the increase in women riders I've seen. That's just awesome!
EDIT: The wording of your question is a bit rude. That's why people are getting mad.

I don't think so. I've ridden for over 25 years.
The ones you are thinking of are probably the LOUD bikes (never had one, like em fast and stealthy)
The lane splitters (ride down the stripe in parking lot traffic...guilty)
The show-offs(wheelies, burnouts, etc, also guilty when I was in my teens and 20's)
My pet peeve - the park on the sidewalk Jerks!!!!(never did it ever!!!)(hope it gets a ticket, keyed, towed, knocked over)

it is like anything else..a small few ruins it for the rest of us real nice guys....
motorcycle people are some of the best, most friendly, most helpful people on the face of this earth

Most motorcyclist are decent people and for that reason you do not notice them. You remember the jerks. Just like most drivers are fine but the ones that irritate you are the ones you remember.
