thats a really good question--heres what i think
i'd rather have a relationship without being able to see
because then i would be able to tell if i truely liked the guy or just the way he looks....plus if u couldnt hear what the other had to say it would be a totally physical relationship

I would rather not be able to see anything. If I cant hear what the person I love has to say then a connection cant really be made just on looks alone.

You just cant live without seeing. I would rather him show me things than just merely hearing them. Plus, how can you be with someone and never know what they look like ??

No I want to be able to use all my senses in a relationship. Vision, hearing, smelling, tasting, feeling.

If you could not hear then communication could only be physical. Being able to hear could yield more ways and opportunities to communicate.

I dated a girl that was deaf for a short period of time. I would of preferred a blind one though, because I love music so much---I wouldn't want her to feel ostracized by me. Music is soothing to the soul and a therapeutic tool that I enjoy---wouldn't want for her to misconstrue it as a "weapon" or an act of cruelty..
