act in plays in school. try out for community theatre.
take acting classes - there are usually lots in the summer.
talk to the high school drama teacher at the school you will go to to find out more about what you can start doing.
get some books and learn about acting methods.
the books are probably in the library.

Just do as I say -
1. Get good grades, try to obtain only A's in middle school and high school
2. Choose either USC or NYU for your 4-year university for acting
3. Sign up with actingland.com, they tell you where you can audition
4. Take some local drama classes
5. Perform in your local theatre
Once you get older you will become better and you will certainly go to Hollywood.
