Definitely Palawan.
It depends how dense you want your jungle to be.
There is a jungle trail/monkey trail in Sabang which leads to the Underground River.
And then there is lots more of jungle all over Palawan, you just need a group of hikers. Ask around, there are some.
Puerto Princesa is known as the Greenest and Cleanest City in the world.. that is mostly because of the jungle/forests in and around it :)

There is one in Cagayan de Oro city in Mindanao and in the north, you can go to Subic, they have one there too.
