I have an Intriguing and a Weird
Intriguing? A lawn/garden sculpture made from 5 flower pots that appeared to be stacked up upon each other's rims.
They were actually held together with a piece of reinforced steel that was about 7 feel long, 2' was welded below a 5 inch square of steel, and 5' was welded above.
The venders explained that the soil's weight kept the pot in place, and the rod sticking in the ground kept the whole thing upright. The firmly placed rod also kept the pots from tilting too far. 1) Before filling the first and largest pot firmly with soil, they stuck the short end of the rod throught the drain hole and into the ground beneath. 2) the second pot was added to the rod, tilted it to the side and filled with soil. 3) the third pot came next, but it was tilted in the opposite direction. 4) the fourth was tilted in the opposite direction and filled. 5) the fifth and smallest was added last and tilted in the opposite direction. 6) live plants were added last. A second sculpture looked entirely different because it was made from enameled pots, stones, and silk flowers. But it still looked as if the whole thing was going to float away.
Weird? I heard of a beer can mobile. I didn't see it at the craft fair myself, and I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen one hanging on the porch of a house in the town next to us (location kept annonymous to protect the innocent!). Four cans were attached with strings to a wooden welcome sign.

This wasn't at a craft show/fair, but at a antique store and it has got to be the strangest thing I have ever seen. Someone to a baby aligator, stuffed it and mounted it on a slap of wood. That itself is a bit odd, but not only was the aligator dead and stuffed, but was dressed in a hawiian grass skirt with a coconut bra and a grass hat with shades on.

The coolest wooden stools. They are themed to an occupation or job - and the legs of the stool are actually feet decorated and wearing shoes or boots of the occupation. For example, a businessman stool, with pantlegs of suitpants and wearing black dress shoes. Or cowboy - wearing jeans and cowboy boots. So very cool - and so very sad that I didn't buy one when I saw them!

Vintage sex therapy machines used to relieve Victorian women. The predecessors of dildoes.

One of my favorites was a diamond necklace but it was not really a wearable necklace. It was a display one and it was really cute for a doll or a teddy bear!

One of my favorites I've seen was a "quillow". It's a quilt that folded up and tucked into a pocket that was part of it and became a pillow.
