None, take a bath. If you are clean and healthy and don't take a bunch of vitamins, or health foods, you will have very little odor, just a little you. I have been complemented for the way I smell. If I drink a lot, no one knows because a shower in the morning takes it away. Also only wear cotton underwear and socks.
