i tend to stare sometimes in classes. i watch people's movements, facial expressions, the way they react to things, the style of their clothing, the colors their wearing, etc. i find it interesting.

Some maybe looking for your eye contact and a smile or gesture of you return physical approval. Appreciation of beauty and hope of their acknowledgment from you. They maybe forming an opinion of your behavior in the situation you in or you choice of fashion etc... Their life is not exciting and you seem out where they would never go. or they are just creepy pervs. stay safe hope this helps

You know.. I really wish I knew. I guess people like to make others uncomfortable. I freak out any time I walk into a resteraunt when its busy cause everyone stares for like 10 seconds. I dont know. I dont do it myself.

I couldn't speak for them, but they most likely don't know they're doing it or they are just plain ******* rude! I've done this before to one of my friends and I wasn't even actually concentrating/focusing on them , I was just thinking....without my eyes closed....lol.
