Peter Noone from Herman's Hermits; they were a decent, but mostly irrelevant band from Britain that was very popular in the 60's. They made some good, albeit lightweight, teen pop singles, but they weren't exactly on the same level as contemporaries The Kinks, The Zombies and The Beatles.
