i actually used them and they helped a lil...th eebst thing that helped me get to a 36" vertical jump was PLYOMETRICS (look it up) do that 4 -6 a week and youll see results in a couple weeks...i started doing plyos my sophmore year and by my junior year i was dunking a bball from a standing position under the hoop (im also 6'3" with a reach of just over 8 ft so that helps)

there are numerous exercises to do. i did about 6 dif ones and it worked...again its called PLYOMETRICS...good luck!

I personally havent used them but, a guy on my basketball team in high school trained w/ a set of them starting the summer after his sophomore year. He was about an inch shorter than me (he was roughly 5'10") and cam back his junior year dunking with 2 hands. Those shoes werent all he did but they were part of his work outs. He could flat out leap.

Trust me, either God gave you the genetics or He didn't. Nothing is going to add signifigantly to your vertical if you didn't have the genes in the first place. Work on the things you can improve... overall bball IQ, ball handling and passing, defense, and shooting.

Magical shoes are only sold in cartoons. If you want to improve your vertical, you need to be fit and lean and do strength training. Strong quad and calf muscles will get you up there.

Buy if you want to. Well sometimes they do work. But they won't do much. I mean they are too expensive, and don't work the way you want them to. So the last decision is yours. Good luck!

you get the same results if you just work on youre legs at the gym. its not going to help you jump 4 more inches or anything. my suggesiton is go to the gym and work on youre leg strenght, and work on youre abs. abs help you get up in the air.
