When I ride my skateboard the trucks constantly and easily loosen up. What option would solve my problem?

Nuts i think. If your trucks were bad, the bearings would grind?

Try tightening the trucks first, and if thats not working, try a new king pin. If it comes down to it, buy a new bushing. It does sound like a kingpin problem though.

Try getting new pins first, much less expensive, if that doesn't work, get the trucks.

Tighten up the bolts on top. Titghten the kingpin. If this doesn't work, get a skateshop owner to do it.
