what can I do about my ipod when it has a frozen screen?

first make sure that the 'hold' button is turned off. then, hold the center circle and the 'menu' button down at the same time for about 5 seconds. The ipod will reset itself and should turn back on.

if not, plug it into your computer. that will unfreeze it as well.

Put one finger on the center button and another finger on the TOP button at the same time and hold it for a few seconds.
