It depends on whether the next 10 exhibit the same pattern as the first 22. If they do, then your p value will almost certainly be less than .05. If they don't, then your p value will increase and you'll be further from statistical significance. Either way, you'll have a better idea of where the truth lies.

If you take the probability of one participant would be .07 divided by 22 would be .0031818 x 32 participants = .1018176
