Lou Gehrig & Cal Ripken Jr.?

I'm making a video for my history project about Gehrig & Ripken. I am supposed to focus on the "morals and values" that each one of them had, and how Cal looked up to Gehrig. Does anyone know of any good resources that may help me with this? Thanks.

My best advice would be to research your nearest library or bookstore. They may point you to many good references on both gentlemen.
