When you are smaller and slower than everyone, you have to make up for it with heart and hard work. Work harder than anyone else on the team. Be the first player on the ice to practice. Practice HARD. Be the last player off the ice when you are done. The harder you work, the stronger and faster and more skilled you will become. Pay your dues, and by the time you're a senior you'll be the star of the team. Good luck!
