He's going to say his piece and no doubts will bash Bush in some ways. The US has no choice one he is a diplomat of a country that has every right to address the United Nations. Every country in the world has that right even the head of the Iranian Government its in the UN Charter of which the United States cannot stop his visit to the UN, nor can the stop any other country from addressing the UN.
