I seem to have fallen in love in Lestat's rebellious nature. He may not be as humane or a sentimentalist like Louis but still, there's some spark in him that make him so much more outstanding compared to the other characters. He is a much like a sole hunter but like the other vampires, he cannot survive alone. I enjoy reading about the relationship of both him and Louis. I have a feeling that Louis is a character created as an alter ego of Lestat.

I agree with you Marius is one of my favorites. I am also partial to the Queen & Lestat. She fascinates me, as well as her story. Lestat is intresting in a different way, I like him much better in the book than the movie. I felt the movie did him a huge injustice! I didn't like the movie of the Queen either to tell the truth. Neither fit in my vision....
