Maybe, I want Johnny Nitro to have it(or maybe the WWE champion). Johnny Nitro and Jeff hardy both deserve that title. They should fight for that.
But i like HBK too!!!

Probably, unless they have a plan for him to go to SmackDown or win the Money in the Bank match. If he stays on Raw, i don't think he will be the one to beat Umaga for the title. I think that will be someone like Carlito or Flair.
