ostrich. sharks hardly ever attack humans, but an ostrich easily will.

You have to realize that while and ostrich is deadlier on land, there is almost nothing you can do if you're in the open sea, away from your boat/ship/raft, and there's blood in the water. That will stimulate a feeding frenzy. That is a very bad thing, but I'm sure you know that.
I would say it matters where you are, and what you're done to piss the animal off.

i would say a shark!! but, i dont know too much about ostrichs!

I wouldn't care to be in a closed-in area with either one, especially when it's time to eat.
