I need to have three columns on each side of the paper. By the way how do you flip the columns over so that the columns are going left to right ( like if you were looking at the paper regular you would have the columns going down the page left to right )

Go to office.microsoft.com look underTemplates and simply downoad one. It will be formatted for you and all you need to do is change the text and images already there into what you want.

First, of course, you set up your pages in landscape format.

Now, not knowing which word processor you use I can't be totally precise. However most of them will have a columns choice on the Page menu.

Set up two pages with three columns. When typing in your information you will probably have to use your return/enter key and/or font size to control moving to the next column exactly when you want to.

Once you've got it set up initially, save it early to minimize the risk of losing it.

Finally, print on two sides. Then your only problem is folding it accurately.

In Word, go to Format and Columns. It will let you do 3 columns per page.
Also, check to see if there is a template that you can use so that you know it will print the way you want.
