Mine are:
-Atlantic Ave(cuz of the name)
-Boardwalk(Cuz of the value, plus I like to live on the beach)
-New York Ave(if someone has to move back 3 spaces from chance, oops, there's a chance 3 spaces ahead of NY Ave)
-Illinois Ave(Cuz there's a chance card that directs you there)
-Any of the railroads(Railroads are great to own)
Those spaces are must haves for me.

The oranges, the hotels are worth more for the money, but aren't too expensive to start up.

For me it's more of a strategy, I would buy Park Place, Boardwalk, all of the railroads, water works and electric company. Once you own those properties it's just a matter of time before you win the game.

I liked the cheap dark purple group. They were effective and always affordable. But I get real expansive if I can get Boardwalk & Park Ave.

Its GOTTA be orange. Statistically that color is landed on the most -- you can look it up yourself -- ESPECIALLY the third red house on the orange New York.
