bring your makeup with you to school and do it later in the bathroom when it starts to show.

I take a green concealer stick. Physicians Formula makes them along with many other make-up brands.. Be sure to wash your face with a gentle cleanser first, to get off excess dirt and oil, then apply moisturizer to help make up set properly... (by the way, you're really only supposed to use from a pea size amount to lima bean size of moisturizer on your face) Then dab some green concealer on your finger and dab it on the red areas and blend in.
I used to use MAC and at the time, I thought they were great until I found out about Bare Minerals/Bare Escentuals... It appies so easily and covers better than anything I've ever used.. Just a suggestion. I also have redness... but mine is due to blemishes - I use a green stick and Bare escentuals mineral make up..and I look flawless.
Although, you said this redness is on your cheeks...perhaps its a form of rosacea? (typo) Try looking up some info online.... or talk to a doctor, there is preferred creams you can use to help. :)

I get red marks on my face early in the morning when I figure out that im late and my eyes also start watering and burning, but I apply a lighter foundation to the red spots then brush on some loose powder and it's invisible! and I have a lighter tone of foundation because i accidently purchased the wrong shade so I just kept it and I acually use it now.= D

I doubt you do, but just in case, definitely don't use blush. Also, try to stay cool and not sweat too much, being too warm can cause your blood vessles to expand and cause redness. If it's just your cheeks turning pink, rejoice - you have a natural glow that many women would kill for! But if you just have to cover the redness, use a sheer powder applied with a sponge (only on the problem area). Use the correct shade of makeup and go easy... it's just a balancing act.

You should first be sure that your cleansing routine isn't irritating your skin and making the redness worse. Use products for sensitive skin, avoid scrubs or any harsh ingredients. For make-up there are plenty of light foundations that would cover more than pressed powder, or if the redness is really bad they make green tinted make-up that would neutralize the red. Be sure you are moisturizing too.

If the redness is pimples your make-up may be causing the irritation. I tried wearing no foundation or powder and using more clearisil and it's working better for my face. If this works for you, you won't even need to wear skin make-up any more. Also try face lotion from dove, it makes my skin look much better.

Use a bit of foundation on the red area. When you wash your face, use a sensitive formula. Then use a gentle moisturizer.

get a green make up base if it's your entire face that's red. if it's only red (pimple) spots, just a green colour corrector will do.
green will help to minus off the redness.
