I'm guilty of channel surf, but then, sometimes I forget what I was watching in the first place.
Or worse still, start to watching three or four different things - all very interesting.

I have no choice but to suffer...I don't have cable, so there's always commercials, no matter the channel.
I usually have a sudoku puzzle or a magazine to entertain myself during breaks, so it's all good. I only watch about an hour of tv a day anyway.
