i was upgrading from the Call of Duty UMD and after 24% the psp froze and turned off. now i can't turn my psp back on.

any suggestions?

Send it in to Sony, they are the masters of overpriced gaming. Just don't be suprised if you get charged a lot for this.

BTW, I thought at first the question was my PSP won't turn her on. I'm like dude, that's an easy one.

And maybe look for a PSP Firmwire "Downgrader"

You have a bricked PSP. This means your PSP is toasted and you will not able to play with your PSP ever again.

You should return it to Sony and exchange for another one.

Try taking the battery off and put it back in.

Or get a new battery for it, and restore system to defaults.
