My Clinique skincare line is making me break out. Is there anyway I can return/refund them even though it's past 2 weeks and I probably dont have the receipt? I live in Canada... so it'd be great if anyone can give me info for that.

If you bought it in a department store, bring it back and they will refund your money or give you credit if you don't have a receipt. If Clinique made you break out, you should think about going over to organic natural makeup products. I have done this myself and my skin is now flawless. Look into naturalsolutions.com, evansgarden.com, greenridgeherbals.com, onyasorganics.com. These websites are just great and I have purchased from all of them. I could recommend a face wash that is great and it is from greenridgeherbals.com. It is a milky face wash and it is mild and will not irritate delicate and sensative skin. It is great. If you are looking for a cream base makeup that is all organic and natural, go to onyasorganics.com and find the cream makeup in your shade. It is a fabulous makeup and so mild and non irritating. Onya manufactures small batches of all her products and they are all non-comedic and non irritating. She stands by her products. All I can tell you is that I would never go back to regular makeup and skincare products anymore. I just love organic/natural skincare and makeup products. Check it out, you will be very satisfied with the results.

I ran into the same problem and was able to take it back to the clinique counter without a problem. I think I had my reciept though??? You should give them a call and ask...I'm sure it will be okay if you lost the receipt. BTW, I'm from Canada too :)

Some dept. stores, attach a stick on label w/ the info. needed for returns. Check the packaging and see if the store did so.
If not, you can still try to return the merchandise. You might be more successful if you are willing to take a store credit rather than a cash refund if you do not have the receipt.

i think its like a 30 days if it doenst work to return it, but its been a while since I started using it so im not sure. if you got it at the store then try calling and ask about the return policy for it. i also am not sure you can return it because you dont have the receipt. I would just call that way your 100% sure.

it depends where you bought it from (the return policy is usually 30 days) and if you dont have a receipt, you usually get a store credit.
i love clinique though! :) .. maybe youre using something thats too strong!
