i have to go to my guidence counsler for typing DIE on my caluclator. we share them at school and as a joke i typed die. i was going to erease it but i forgot. my teacher found out and now she thinks im a phycho and turned me in to the counsler. i tried saying it was a mistake but she wont believe me. what do i say to my counsler besides it was a mistake? i need a really good excuse

I once wrote a poem in English class and as part of it, one of the lines said "and wings of passion fold 'round my heart like black plague." I was sent down to guidance.
Simply state 1) that you were joking, 2) that it was an accident. Teachers only send you down out of concern. They really need to cover their bases, so when you go down be cool about it. Flipping out on a guidance counselor won't help the situation. Let him know that if you had a problem, you'd come to him (the counselor) that way they rest assured that you don't currently have one and that you aren't a psychopath.

Best excuse is the truth. As adults we know kids make pranks but it is another story if we don't react and a kid is in crisis and typing the word DIE they aren't going to take lightly so be truthful.

Don't lie about it. Be honest, just tell the counselor you were screwing around. We used to do that in school with BOOBS, HELL, and BOOBLESS and I still do it sometimes when I'm in a goofy mood. You were just playing around and you weren't making a threat to anyone. Make that clear. With all the school shootings and threats these days teachers have to take it seriously so don't be too freaked out. Just be honest.

just tell your teacher or whatever that it was just nothing i did not mean anything by it and i am sorry i was just sitting around playing with the caculator and typing words in it and i typed die but it had no meaning to it was nothing crossing through my mind i am very sorry if by doing that canserned you but i did not mean anything agian.

just say you were fooling around with the calculator to see how many word you can make with upside down numbers, and just say it was a missunderstanding, i think they might be a little out of hand

that you were talking to some gothis chick and she asked you what her fav word was and you guessed die...but also tell her that it wasnt that gothic girls fav word...or else they will call in that gothis girl and ya kno what sweetie she might not excist and you will be in serious trouble!!!!
hey its what i would do...the counseler isnt gonna call in or ask about the gothis girl if you tell her that isnt her fav word
