First time sex breaks the hymen( litte flap of skin). Generally sex releases "feel good" hormones and makes your cervix lubricated but other than that it doesnt change much - unless you get pregnant

sex doesn't change the outer appearance of a female's body. It may have some internal effects but your outer appearance will remain unchanged.
