People have a right to privacy yet this is broken many times because to find out if you are doing something wrong, they must invade your privacy.

The gov't should have a d*mn good reason for invading a citizen's privacy (and a warrant) to prove he had a good reason. Every time I say something on here, I'm waiting for a knock at the door.

Freedom of Information normally refers to access to what the government is doing, not what private people are doing.

So, yes, people should be free from involuntary or unwanted intrusion into the business. But governments should not.

Governments should be as transparent as possible without causing them to collapse due to espionage.
