I believe in the Judgment Day. On this day, people are going to be held to account for what they've done , alhamdullah. The lucky ones would have been punished as Allah (SWT) saw fit while the person was on earth. The bad people will have not only themselves testifying against themselves, but their victims as well. This is the time where true JUSTICE is served. We all have to die, good and bad. Most Muslims look at hardships as Allah (SWT) washing away sins. It's a mercy. It is said that Allah (SWT) allows bad things to happen because He loves them and wants to purify them. Only Allah (SWT) knows. This is true regarding Hell. Some people will eventually get out after they're purified. Again, Allah (SWT) knows best. I know this might not help much, but Allah (SWT) does things the way He wants them done.

Hit me up if you got more questions about this. I have a feeling you want an answer to a more specific question.

He gave us free will. People sin and the good people die. He assures us that the good will get good and the bad will get bad on Judgement Day. We will have an overview of our lives. The Lord is sad when He sees the good die, I think we all can find that true.

That there maybe opposition in all things. By knowing sorrow we may know joy. If God didn't allow the good to die or the evil to live, we would not have the freedom to chose between good and evil, it would all be forced faith.

We don't need to sorrow for good who die, we can miss them, but we know the good and just are in the care of our Heavenly Father. God also saves the time and place of the evil to face their own judgement. There are also many instances were those who have done wrong have turned around for good, just look at the Apostle Paul.
