I have some sexual feelings whenever I am around boys (I am 13 years old) I want to know if anyone knows how to deel with them before I do something stupid with a guy I don't even know that well.

very simple solution.
You are too young, both emotionally and physically. I've known people your age that have done it and it has damaged their bodies.
So, masturbate. [finger yourself]. There is plenty of instructions online on how to do this effectively so that you get the stimulation that you want without having sex.
If you do want to have sex though, be safe, someone get to a doctor, planned parenthood, etc. before hand so you can be safe and they can make sure that you are physically ready as well.
Also, you can choose to do everything else but actually have vaginal intercourse. You can have him finger you, oral, etc. However, I don't recommend these things b/c guys will think they will lead to other things.

Don't be alone with him in a private setting. That way you can't let your hormones get the best of you. Without being crude, you know, when hormones flare, there are ways to take care of such needs on your own. Just tell yourself that you are way too young to consider sex and you plan to stay a virgin until you are married or in a committed relationship (whichever is right for you). When you get into a situation with a guy, make sure he knows that you are a virgin too. If you tell him up front that you aren't going to have sex, there will be less misunderstandings and you will have a better chance at avoiding something stupid. However, if you think one day you are ready to have sex or you think you might find yourself in a position of doing something stupid, follow two rules: use condoms and use birth control.

i'm not here to preach at you but do no thave sex. i'm 17 & pregnant i lost my virginity 2 weeks befor my 15th b-day. you are soooo young you have your whole life ahead of you you can do alot of things without having sex. your body is going through alot of changes right now your hormones are going crazy! think long and hard about what you want in life i'll be the first to tell you that boys only make life harder yea sometimes they're fun but when it gits down to the nitty gritty it's not so fun. there are a lot of things you have to worry about having sex not jsut pregnancy. pregnancy will be the very last of your worries when you think you have ghona-herpie-syphil-aids. i'm being serious there are alot of gross things out in this world now there is alot of responsibility that goes along with sex not only phisically but emotionally. any guy will sleep with you but not many will love you. guys don't want what evryone else has already had and the one night stands add up quick. then when you do find somebody you really love and they really love you you feel guilty because you have nothing to give them that you haven't already given to somebody else. like i said i'm not your mom and i'm not here to preach at you but i've done alot of things that if i could go back i would change that at the time didn't seem like a big deal. don't get me wrong my baby is the most important thing in my life although me and her dad broke up befor i suspected i was pregnant and i haven't told him yet b/c i'm scared of what he'll say. i love him b/c he's giving me the one thing that matters the very most in my life know. but i sholdn't be puring kerosine on evrything i love and watching it burn at such a young age i'm not doing it b/c it's what i had planned i'm doing it b/c i made a decision that i have to deal with for the rest of my life. if you do decide to have sex make sure it's safe i recomend getting on birthcontrol useing condoms to prevent STD's and spermacide (you can get them free at planned parent hood a local health department or crisis pregnancy center) good luck and god bless you

It takes will power...and you have to stick by your guns...boys are all snakes (and I was one) and they will tell you ANYTHING (I LOVE YOU....) to find a nice warm spot to park in for a few minutes...
IF, that is IF you do decide to take the plunge, do not trust the boy to bring his own condoms...you must have some as well for a backup so that you do not get caught empty handed and pregnant...because they will say...it's not my fault your pregnant...you didn't tell me you were fertile...+ i didn't know i could get anybody pregnant...if they will not put it on, then put up a no parking sign...NO BOY IS WORTH GETTING PREGNANT or an STD until YOU are ready...

your just a child still so sex shouldn't even enter your head,dont even kiss him as this leads to other things,its obvious you will want to experiment but DONT
wait until your at least over 16 and in a steady relationship before you even consider sex,and ALWAYS use protection,not just to prevent pregnancy but due to STD too
as someone above mentioned they will tell you anything to have sex with you DONT fall for it, as once you've had sex they dont want to know you

I am very surprised that no one has said masturbation. Although I'm unsure of what your religous beliefs and family values are, mastubration can be a great way to get rid of stress and control your hormones in a safe way.
