Really, that's just silly things that kids say to one another. You shouldn't be insecure w/ who you are. If you know your sexual orientation, don't give a **** what others say.

i don't think girls have a gay ear, but only because girls usually wear at least one or more earrings on both ears, while many guys will only wear one earring at all.

If you mean ear piercing, then no. Even gay ears for guys is kind of wierd, and not everyone goes by it. I know straight guys that have piercings on different ears, and it means nothing.
I have three ear piercings- earlobes and one piercing on my left cartilage. I'm straight, trust me. Some of my friends (girls) have their right pierced, and they're also straight. Evaluating someone's sexual orientation is nearly impossible to do by jut looking at a pierced hole in their ear.

I can't believe how some 'myths' carry through the decades and across countries. We used to think that back in my youth (1970's) all the way down under (Australia). Wear an earing where you like.

The wording in you question is still confusing. I think you mean 'if guys have a feminine side, do girls have a masculent side?' Girls do have a tom boy side.
