components is plural in the first sentence. Among in sentence number two seems to make it flow unusually. In sentence two did you leave out something? "among nine newly qualified child health.." "From central to eastern London. Expectation is plural. Experience needs to be in past tense. /"into THE nursing profession." "manage their performance WHILE acting as a role MODEL." On the last sentence I think it would sound better if you let the last word be "feed back."
