i just like noticed a bump thing on the back of my neck about 2 inches from the back of my right ear and like 2 inches from the back like middle of my neck, it doesnt really hurt unless i push it hard, i just noticed it today, you cant really see it by just looking at it and its about the size of a cherry tomato

Sounds like stress try some stress exercises and just relax maybe get a good neck massage

It could be several things such as:
1. part of your normal anatomy like the spinous process of your 2nd cervical vertebrae.
2. a lipoma which is a fatty mass usually about the size of a cherry tomato and squishy (its also nothing to worry about), 3. possibly a cyst of some kind (infection? Have you cut your head recently)
4. I doubt its cancer, but better let someone take a look at it.

Sounds more like a muscle cramp than anything else. Get a massage and see if that helps.

my sister in law had that very problem when she was diagnosed with cancer. she died 18 months later as she avoided going to the doctor early on. w
better go to the doctor to be safe.

Yikes - you really need to go to a Doctor...it could be nothing but it could be a cyst that needs to be drained.

it is totally natural, i have 1 & so does almost every1 else. some happen to be bigger or smaller than others. dont sweat it.

i think its just a lymph node or sumthing like that
