Depends on what version of Windows you have and depends if you have the updated service pack. If all of that is up to date and good, it's probably because your computer didn't know about Congress passing a law about daylight savings back in 2005.

double click the right hand corner where your time is. then open the tab that says timezone. under the map, there should be a text asking if you want to automatically update the daylight savings. you have to have it checked

When DST came early this year, you didn't download the latest patches from microsoft to take care of it. You can get updates by clicking on start and then Windows Updates. Or you can just wait another week when it would have ocurred and it will update then.

Your fault. You did not instruct it to adjust when you set up the clock.
