Yes, believe it or not, a male can be TOO BIG for a female. There are diffrent positions you can try where it wont be so uncomfortable for her - like her on top - then she can control how far she would like it it. or sideways doesnt offer as much penetration. The more worried she gets about it , the more uncomfortable it is going to be for her

well, if that is indeed how large it is... congrats, alot of men would kill for that size. Length isn't usually the issue for women it is the girth. Women can't really feel past 5-5.5" in there vaginal canal (no matter what they say, there is NO nerve endings there). She will adjust and get used to it, her vagina should get 'looser' just take it easy if it hurts, and go slow at first to let her body adjust. Do some more foreplay to relax her, alot could be mental, she could be tensing up at the thought of it.

The vagina is only about 5 inches deep, so you may be hitting her cervix when you have sex. Try to find positions where your penetration is not as deep.
