i don't get why the plays are listed as team rebounds. why do the stats sheets say that?

most people are getting this competely wrong!!!!
a normal rebound is when an individual player grabs a rebound either at the offensive end or the defensive end....
a team rebound is when a shot goes up and the ball ends up going out of bounds....ie. no player touched the ball or got the rebound. when this happens, they call it a team rebound

A normal rebound is when only is when a person is mentioned.A Team rebound is when people mentioned the whole team rebounds

A normal rebound is when a player grabs the rebound.
A team rebound is when a team misses a shot and the ball goes out of bounds or nobody grabs the board and it is untouched.

A team rebound refers to the total rebound of a team. I think the normal rebound you mention is personal rebound.

I don't know for sure, but it is either the difference between offensive and defensive rebounds, or the rebounds for a player and the rebounds for the team.

have you notice when a player shoots the ball and it bounces of the rim then it goes out of bounce then it becomes a team rebound it could be for the offensive end or for the defensive end usually for the offensive end is while the other team was rebounding the ball but it fell out of bounce...

a player rebound is rebunds for that one player a TEAm rebound is a a total amount of rebounds of all the players on the team.

rebound = one person on offense getting rebound and putting it right back up and scoreing
team rebound = rebound on offense witch a player gets a rebound then throughs it back up top
