I'm not sure what the context is, but in my line of business it would mean 152,000 barrels (of oil or oil product).

mb = thousands of barrels
mmb = millions of barrels

152mb-- megabits, small b= bits

MB-- megabytes, capital B= bytes

what were you doing when you saw that? tracking the speed of something you were uploading?
