Yes he was somewhat of a heel when he made his Debut
They didn't fued but they did wrestle for a match or two
Sure Jeff has talent, but that last thing we need is another wrestler pushed down our throats. A small push ok.

Matt and Jeff had a fight with lita as special guest refree when she cheated on him with matt
i think he should but he was inter champion once he came back
