I wish to buy one and i need to know more about the machine before I spend that kind of money. Please give a referance to website if possible.

Uses:
Play video games that come out on the PS3 (Most of which will also be on the Wii or XBox 360)
Play Blu-Ray (I don't really think it'll catch on)
Play DvDs (So can the XBox 360)
Opinions:
Sony game systems have a reputation for breaking in the past
The system costs way too much. You can get both an XBox 360 and a Wii for less than the price of a PS3.
Many of the PS3's exclusive games decided to change their minds & release on the Wii and/or XBox 360, leaving the PS3 with very little that's unique.
Most game developers (including myself) are fairly impressed with the Wii, if the recent Game Developer's Conference was any indication.

no no get a 360 and wii.the 360 is much better than ps3 for way to many reasons.2 most important r games like halo3 and gears of war and 2 xboxl live is better than that ps3 online crap.
also the wii is$ 250 ,360 $ 400 + to 650.ps3 is 600 alone. think about it.

The PS3 is the ultimate gaming machine. I love them!! They are sleek and stylish. Also fun and backwards compatible. plus blu-ray and motion sensor controller, that pumps it UPP!!!
